Question me.   My Fanfiction

a writer sometimes

#headcanon: i think about fandoms too much
#mundanity: i have a life

Korra and her family in Inuktitut script.I must say that Inuktitut was far easier to figure out than Tibetan script.  Except for the fact that there is no proper ‘o’ or ‘e’.  So there are notes galore.  Also, sorry about my terrible handwriting!  I felt that hand-drawn runes would suit the Water Tribe better than copy-pasting, the way I did for Tenzin and Pema’s names.
Korra:  I had to settle for a U sound like the one in ‘tusk’.  It sounds close enough.
Senna:  There is no E in Inuktitut, and I mean that in all senses of the phrase.  But, upon looking up the goddess Sedna, creator of sea animals, this writing is what came up.  From reading the script, it is pronounced ‘sah-nah’.
Tonraq:  No O again.  But that’s okay, since it’s pronounced “tahn-rahk” anyway.
